From Vermilion Ventures to Vermilion Group

The group began as Vermilion Ventures, a private investment company based in Sydney with a diverse and growing portfolio of investments across Australia.

Today its interests are organised around four sectors: hospitality, through Shiiv Imports and QSR Supplier, which supply food and packaging for retail and foodservice; healthcare, through Alera Healthcare's mobile allied health for seniors; AI & wealth, through Vermilion Intelligence and Vermilion Wealth Advisory; and property, through investment in Melbourne projects developed and delivered by XWISE GROUP.
